All forms and additional information for renting a pavilion are available in the links below.  Reservations will open on the first Monday of the current year.  Interested residents must make their reservation in person during our office hours from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. starting Tuesday January 2nd.  We will accept reservations over the phone on Wednesday January 3rd as long as the paperwork is submitted on that day.

Please note that the Township has selected dates throughout the year for community events.  Be sure to have an alternative date, just in case the date you’re interested in is taken due to an event. To check availability on the pavilions, please call: Adams Township Municipal Building at (724) 625-2221.

Applicants must complete a Park Pavilion Request Form and Park Pavilion Permit to submit to the Township (two forms total).  If you’re interested in providing alcohol at your event; a Municipal Alcohol Permit will need to be submitted in addition to the other two forms.
