Standard Actions for Emergency Response (SAFER)
Numerous local Fire Departments located in southwestern Butler County have teamed together to establish on-scene procedures and plans in response to fires and emergencies. The group consists of Adams Township, Callery Borough, Cranberry Township, Evans City Area, and Harmony Fire District. The ultimate goal is to “provide our best response, on our worst day, on their worst day.”

Quality E.M.S.
Quality E.M.S. was established in 1994, and currently provides emergency transportation to Adams Township and the surrounding areas. Quality E.M.S. staffs fourteen (14) paramedics and (14) E.M.T.’s, available twenty four hours a day. Non-emergency transport services to and from medical facilities is also available upon request. Quality E.M.S. also has six (6) wheel chair vans.
