Planning and Zoning
Planning and Zoning is to ensure Adams Township remains a vibrant, sustainable place to live, work, and visit. This is done by uniting decision makers and the community to balance a range of requirements and benefits while, identifying challenges, analyzing solutions, and helping to implement improvements.
The Planning Division handles all Township Land Development and Subdivision Applications, as well as updates to the Township Zoning Code and Subdivision and Land Development Ordinances. The Planning Division also maintains the Township’s GIS database.
