Pavillion Rental

All forms and additional information for renting a pavilion are available in the links below.  Reservations will open on the first Monday of the current year.  Interested residents must make their reservation in person during our office hours from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. on the first business day of the New Year.  We will accept reservations over the phone on the second business day of the year as long as the paperwork is submitted on that day.


Please note that the Township has selected dates throughout the year for community events.  Be sure to have an alternative date, just in case the date you’re interested in is taken due to an event. To check availability on the pavilions, please call: Adams Township Municipal Building at (724) 625-2221.


Applicants must complete a Park Pavilion Request Form and Park Pavilion Permit to submit to the Township (two forms total).  If you’re interested in providing alcohol at your event; a Municipal Alcohol Permit will need to be submitted in addition to the other two forms.


Adams Township offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa credit cards for General, Park and Police items through MuniciPAY.  Credit cards can be taken in the office or over the phone.  Checks made payable to Adams Township and cash are also accepted.  Please note that to bring exact amount owed if paying in cash.

Park Pavilion Rental Forms

All forms must be in the name of the individual paying for the rental. If you are not a township resident, you must pay the non-resident rental fee. You cannot use a township resident’s name and address. Non-Profit Organizations should contact the Adams Township Office for further information concerning rentals.

Refunds are mailed the week following the event providing the pavilion has been properly cleaned, all tables have been returned to their original location and no damage has been done to the shelter or surrounding area.  There is also an opportunity for residents and non-residents to donate their refunds to the Friends of Adams Township Community Park, Inc. and this option can be found on the request forms.

Park Pavilions


Construction will start in Spring 2022.  The new pavilion will be a duplicate of the Rotary Pavilion.  Stay tuned for updates on the progress and availability of rental.


Township Pavilion

Seats 84

Includes electric, a water spigot, indoor restrooms, a water fountain, one horseshoe pit, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and charcoal grill.  The Destination Playground is located in close proximity.


Residents:  $200 Fee / $75 Refund
Non-Residents:  $250 Fee / $50 Refund


Rotary Pavilion

Seats 112

Includes electric, indoor restrooms, a fireplace, charcoal grill, one horseshoe pit, and a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and stove.  The Rotary Baseball Field and School House are located in close proximity.


Residents:  $200 Fee / $75 Refund
Non-Residents:  $250 Fee / $50 Refund


Veterans Pavilion

Seats 55

Includes electric, indoor restrooms and a kitchen with a sink, microwave, charcoal grill and refrigerator.  The Veterans Baseball Field, a playground, and the multi-purpose field are in close proximity.


Residents:  $150 Fee / $50 Refund
Non-Residents:  $200 Fee / $50 Refund
