Pavillion Rental

All forms and additional information for renting a pavilion are available in the links below.  Reservations will open on the first business day of the current year.  Interested residents must make their reservation in person during our office hours from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.  We will accept reservations over the phone on the second business day of the year as long as the paperwork is submitted on that day.

Please note that the Township has selected dates throughout the year for community events, facility maintenance, and other internal usage.  Be sure to have an alternative date, in case the date you’re interested in is taken due to an event. To check availability on the pavilions, please call: Adams Township Municipal Building at (724) 625-2221.

Applicants must complete a Park Pavilion Application Form to submit to the Township.  If you’re interested in providing alcohol at your event; a Municipal Alcohol Permit will need to be submitted in addition to the other form. The alcohol permit fee is an additional $50 that is not included in the pavilion rental fee. 

Adams Township offers the convenience of accepting MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Visa credit cards for General, Park and Police items through MuniciPAY.  Credit cards can be taken in the office or over the phone.  Checks made payable to Adams Township and cash are also accepted.  Please note that to bring exact amount owed if paying in cash.

Park Pavilion Rental Forms

All forms must be in the name of the individual paying for the rental. If you are not a township resident, you must pay the non-resident rental fee. You cannot use a township resident’s name and address. Non-Profit Organizations should contact the Adams Township Office for further information concerning rentals.

PAVILION RENTERS MUST READ THE PAVILION RENTER INFORMATION AS WELL AS THE PARK RESOLUTION PRIOR TO COMPLETING THE APPLICATION.

Park Pavilions

WAR MEMORIAL PAVILION

Seats 100

Includes electric, indoor restrooms, charcoal grill, one set of cornhole boards, and a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and stove.

April Through October Rentals

Fees
Residents: $150
Non-Residents: $225

*Alcohol Permit $50

TOWNSHIP PAVILION

Seats 100

Includes electric, indoor restrooms, one set of cornhole boards, and a kitchen with a refrigerator, sink, microwave and charcoal grill.  The Destination Playground is located in close proximity. There is no stove at the Township Pavilion.

Rotary PAVILION

Seats 100

Includes electric, indoor restrooms, a fireplace, charcoal grill, two sets of concrete cornhole boards, and a fully equipped kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, microwave, and stove.

MARS BANK PAVILION

Seats 100

Veterans Pavilion

Seats 100

Includes electric, indoor restrooms and a kitchen with a sink, microwave, charcoal grill, one set of cornhole boards and refrigerator. There is no stove at the Veterans Pavilion.
