Adams Township Non-Profit Booth Application

Thank you for your interest in the Adams Township: Celebrating America250 event scheduled for Wednesday July 1st at the Adams Township Community Park. The event will start at 5:00pm and will culminate with fireworks at 9:00pm. Please read through all guidelines for non-profit organizations who register for a table.

General Information Sheet

WHO CAN PARTICIAPTE? – The organization booths are in place for non-profits who serve Adams Township to display their organization and how they contribute to the residents of the community.

*NO POLITICAL BOOTHS, however, currently serving State, Federal, and County Representatives may have an Outreach Booth (this does not include candidates currently running).

ARRIVAL AND SETUP – To begin no sooner than 2:00 pm on Wednesday, July 1st and must be completed by 4:30pm. All vendors will be sent information via email from Adams Township Parks and Recreation. A member of our event team will check you in upon arrival, verify your registration has been completed, and provide you with an assigned space for the event. All organization tables will be in the Rotary Parking lot next to the baseball field/ stage area.

SPACE REQUIREMENTS – Organizations are solely responsible for any items that may be required in their display area such as tables, chairs, canopies, etc. Each organization will have space for one 8-foot table. There are no generators allowed, and there will be no electricity available. There will be no parking for vehicles behind booth space for any reason. Sharing spaces with other organizations is not permitted.

NO EARLY CLOSING OR DEPARTURE – All organizations must keep their spaces open for the entire event (5:00pm to 9:30pm. Your area is to be clean of all debris prior to your departure.

SELLING OF GOODS AND SERVICES – There is to be no sale of goods or services at the event. If seeking donations, organizations must get approval from Adams Township Parks and Recreation.

LIABILITY – Organizations are solely liable for insuring the protection of their property, vehicles, and their civil actions. The Adams Township Parks and Recreation Department and Adams Township shall not assume liability in relation to this event.  Organizations are responsible for ensuring their staff /volunteers have proper clearances to work and interact with the public. (PA State Police Criminal History Background Check, Child Abuse Clearance, and FBI Fingerprint criminal background clearance.

RESTROOMS – There will be restrooms available at the Rotary Pavilion and also at the splash pad and centralized restrooms near the playground.

INCLEMENT WEATHER – Organizations assume full responsibility for inclement weather. The Adams Township: Celebrating America250 will only be held on July 1st. Adams Township will make a call if inclement weather 24 hours prior to the event. If cancelled, only fireworks will be rescheduled. 

RESERVATION DEADLINE – May 4, 2026, or until spaces are filled. Space is reserved when the application (contract agreement) is received.

Failure to comply with any of the above rules will result in the forfeiture of your space, and/or disbarment from future Adams Township events. All decisions and rulings of the Adams Township Parks and Recreation Department will be final. Organizations will respond to any and all requests of the Adams Township Parks and Recreation Department immediately.
