NOTICE OF CONDITIONAL USE HEARING

The Board of Supervisors of Adams Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania will hold a public hearing on a Request for Conditional Use Hearing Application submitted by Flynn Properties, LLC on June 22, 2026, at 6:45 P.M. at the Adams Township Municipal Building, 690 Valencia Road, Mars, PA 16046, where the public may attend and be heard.  The Request for Conditional Use Hearing Application seeks to change the use at 1011 Aster Way to an  automotive service.  The property is in the Route 228 Overlay Zoning District.

The Request for Conditional Use Hearing Application is available for inspection at the Adams Township Municipal Building, Monday through Friday (holidays excepted) from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
