The Board of Supervisors of Adams Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania (the “Township”) will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, October 11, 2024, at 11:00a.m. at Adams Township Municipal Building, 690 Valencia Rd. Mars, PA 16046, to take comments from affected property owners within the proposed Quincy Lofts Neighborhood Improvement District (the “NID District”) being considered by the Township, such comments to relate to the Neighborhood Improvement District Plan that has been provided to all property owners and lessees of property owners, if any, within the proposed NID District.
The proposed NID District consists of an approximately 48-acre site located within the Adams Township, Butler County, PA, which site is generally bound by Myoma Road to the east, Crider Road to the north, Seven Fields Boulevard to the west and State Route 228 to the south. The proposed NID District is being created to facilitate financing the construction of public infrastructure improvements, including site preparation, roadways and sidewalks, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, waterlines, electric and gas distribution, offsite traffic improvements and landscaping associated with the development of the Quincy Lofts multi-family apartment project, which apartments are a key component of a larger master planned development that also includes the construction of 111 for-sale townhomes and single-family detached patio homes and retail space all to be located within the proposed NID District.
