Matilda Fields PRD Public Hearing

The Board of Supervisors of Adams Township, Butler County, Pennsylvania, will hold a PRD hearing on an Application for a Planned Residential Development (PRD) on January 26, 2026 at 5:00 P.M. in the Adams Township Municipal Building, 690 Valencia Road, Mars, PA 16046, where the public may attend and be heard. The PRD Application is as follows:

Matilda Fields PRD – 103 single family homes and 79 townhomes on 103 acres generally located east of Forsythe Road and west of Mars Evans City Road in the Adams Township Residential Agricultural Medium Density (RAM) Zoning District.

The PRD Application is available for inspection at the Adams Township Municipal Building, Monday through Friday (holidays excepted) from 7:30 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
