AED Donation Event

On Saturday, August 16 at 10:00 am at Adams Township Community Park (690 Valencia Road, Mars, PA), The Aliver Foundation, Quality EMS, Adams Area Fire District, Callery Fire Department, and Adams Township Police Department in partnership with Adams Township, are holding a family friendly community event in to celebrate the donation of a lifesaving equipment bundle consisting of a CE TEK 4000 Outdoor AED Enclosure along with a Heartsine Samaritan 350P AED.

“We are thankful to The Aliver Foundation and the Marsha Bazylak Memorial Fund for providing this lifesaving equipment, which strengthens our commitment to the safety and well-being of everyone in our community,” said Mike Tylka Township Manager, Adams Township.

The event features a touch-a-truck opportunity where local first responders will meet-and-greet attendees, an interactive CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) and AED (automated external defibrillator) demonstration by Quality EMS, and a stethoscope craft for children.


This event will be held at the location of our new public AED which is at the Centralized Restrooms above the playground.
