For registration, please visit our RecDesk Portal. A user account must be created prior to booking a reservation.
Please note that the Township has selected dates throughout the year for events, facility maintenance, and other internal usage. Be sure to have an alternative date, in case the date you’re interested in is taken due to an event.
To check pavilion availability, you can check online at adamstwp.recdesk.com or you can call Adams Township Parks and Recreation at (724) 625-2221.
Applicants must complete all online forms prior to checkout.
If you’re interested in providing alcohol at your event, a Municipal Alcohol Permit must be purchased with your reservation. The alcohol permit fee is an additional $50 that is not included in the pavilion rental fee.
All online reservations are pending until approved by the Parks and Recreation Director.
